Free Returns – We’ve Got You Covered (In the U.S.)
We want you to love what you ordered. If something’s not right, we’re here to help. You’re eligible for free returns in the U.S. if:
- Your item arrived damaged – Something broke or got messed up in transit? No worries, we’ll take care of it.
- The product is defective – If there’s a manufacturing issue, we’ll gladly accept the return.
- You received the wrong or a torn item – If we sent you the wrong item or it arrived damaged/torn, that’s on us.
- The product is different from what you ordered – If what you received doesn’t match the description or your order, we’ll make it right.
💡 Important: Free returns don’t apply if you changed your mind, picked the wrong color, or simply don’t want the item anymore. In those cases, return shipping may be your responsibility.
What Can’t Be Returned?
Items bought on clearance or final sale are not eligible for return. Please double-check before purchasing these items.
Returns for Change of Mind or Color Differences
If you’re returning an item because you changed your mind or the color wasn’t quite what you expected, here’s what to expect:
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping cost.
- Restocking Fee: A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. This fee includes the cost of the return label.

These minor differences don’t qualify as product defects and are considered “change of mind” or “not as expected” returns.

- The item is unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- The item is still in its original packaging and in sellable condition.
- Provide clear photos of the unopened item, showing both the product and its packaging, to begin the return process.

Timeframe for Returns
- Initiating a Return: To begin the return process, customers must submit their return request within 30 days of delivery. Any requests made after this period will not be accepted.
- Returning the Item: After return request is approved (within 1-2 business days), must send the item back to us within 45 days of receiving it. Returns will not be processed after this 45-day window.
Return Process
- Approval: Once your return request is approved (usually within 1–2 business days), we’ll send you detailed return instructions along with return adress and shipping label.
- Non-Approval of Return Request: We carefully review every return request. If yours doesn’t meet the return policy criteria, we’ll send you an email explaining why it couldn’t be approved. In such cases:
- A return label will not be issued
- The return process will not move forward
- To avoid delays or disappointment, please ensure your request meets all the conditions listed in our return policy before submitting.
- Shipping Your Return: Once you receive your return label, follow the provided instructions to ship the item back to us.
- Receiving Your Returned Item: After you’ve shipped the item, please allow up to 5 business days for it to reach our return center.
- Inspection Process: Once your return arrives, it will be reviewed within 2–5 business days to make sure it meets our return conditions.
- Return Denial: If the item is found to be used, damaged, or not in original condition, the return will be declined. No refund will be issued, but the item will be shipped back to you at no extra cost.

- Replacement:
We’ll reship the item at no additional cost. Replacement shipping follows our standard delivery time of 2–3 business days.
Note: You may also choose a different item of equal value instead. - Refund:
If you prefer a refund, it will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval. Please allow an additional up to 15 business days for your bank to credit the amount. - Estimated Total Time:From submitting your return request to receiving the refund in your bank account, the process may take 24–28 business days.

Return Rejection – When We Can’t Accept a Return
To keep our return process fair and smooth for everyone, please note that your return will be automatically rejected if:
- The item you send back doesn’t match the photos you provided during your return request.
- You send back a wrong item or one that’s different from what you originally ordered.
- The item is damaged, but the damage was not stated as the reason for return.
- The item is missing its original packaging (box, tags, inserts, etc.).
- The item is used, worn, or not in a resellable condition.
- The item is incomplete, such as missing parts, accessories, or manuals.
If your return is rejected for any of these reasons, we’ll notify you by email. The item will be returned to you at no extra cost, but no refund will be issued.
Free Returns & Return Label (USA Only)
If you’re in the USA and returning a defective or incorrect item, we offer free returns. You’ll receive a prepaid return label at no cost.
How to Get Your Return Label
Once your return request is approved, we’ll send the label via email. Simply:
- Download and print the label.
- Attach it securely to your return package.
- Drop it off with the specified carrier.
